Goal: Launch a lightweight mobile ordering and loyalty app for a local affogato cart to reduce queue times and increase repeat purchases.
Research & insights: Conducted 6 intercept interviews at weekend markets; 70% of customers would pre‑order if pickup time was under 2 minutes; 45% said loyalty rewards would motivate them to return.
Persona highlights: Nora (28, office worker) needs a fast morning coffee; Liam (21, festival goer) values deals and impulse buys.
What I shipped: High‑fidelity mobile prototype (ordering, payment and loyalty wallet), 30‑second flow video, UX copy, KPI dashboard mock, developer handoff spec.
