WHO I AM?
I’m Marisha — a UX Designer II with a product mindset and a calm obsession with simplifying complexity. I bring structure to ambiguity, heart to enterprise software, and a clear eye for what users actually need (not just what they say they do).
I’ve worked across large internal systems at Amazon, scaling experiences that balance business goals, user clarity, and operational complexity. My sweet spot? Bridging technical possibilities with human-first design.
What I Believe?
Design is not a phase — it’s a practice. My work blends research, interaction design, and collaboration to build usable, scalable, and sometimes delightfully unexpected experiences.
I care deeply about context, language, micro-interactions, and removing anything that doesn't serve the user. And I believe that good UX, like good writing, is invisible when done right.
Where I’m Focused?
I’m currently exploring AI-enhanced UX in enterprise tools — especially how intelligent systems can anticipate user intent, reduce decision fatigue, and make workflows feel more natural.
At Amazon Projects, I implemented a smart assistant that adapts to page context and guides users via natural language — the goal: reduce friction, not just clicks.
How I Work?
I’m a listener before I’m a wireframer. I start with questions — not assumptions — and validate ideas early. I work in tight loops with developers and PMs, and I lean on systems thinking to keep designs consistent and scalable.
I’m most productive when feedback is honest, teams are curious, and we’re all trying to make the complex feel simple
